Mowing Proposal


If yes, a Certified Proof of Insurance must be submitted with Bid. If you do not have insurance, the cost of workers' comp insurance will be deducted from your payment.  The current rate is 3.5%.

THE CHURCH COUNCIL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS

1.   All properties are to be treated with respect.
2.  Bids and agreements will be terminated immediately for any properties that are sold or leased to another property.
3.  Bidder is required to use his or her own equipment and furnish all supplies.
4.  The property must be maintained at all times and the grass must be cut at reasonable intervals throughout the mowing season.  The Council reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time in its sole discretion.
5.  Bids shall be submitted on or before March 10, 2025.

A. COOL SPRINGS CHURCH CAMPUS AND SIGN

This will include mowing, weed eating and cleaning grass and large rocks off of walkways and adjoining roadways. This also includes cleaning up loose debris and large limbs. In addition, the Church signs and ditches on the corner of Woodbury Road and Cool Springs Road are also to be mowed and weed-eated.  Grass must be kept off of the roadways in this area.

B. PRAYER GARDEN 

The area behind the Church that was used as a prayer garden will need to be mowed with a push mower.  This will include any weed eating needed and picking up limbs.

C. CEMETERY (AS NEEDED)

The cemetery is usually mowed by church staff.  However, upon notice, the successful bidder may be required to mow, weed eat and clean up loose debris and limbs from that area. All loose flowers must be collected and returned to their original location.  If the proper location cannot be determined, the flowers must be placed in storage at the church or, if damaged, properly disposed.  Mowing must be with care. The successful bidder will be required to pay for any damage to tombstones or other memorial items.
